One of the things I love about my "job" is that I get to meet and converse with many different chocolate lovers who all approach chocolate from a different perspective.

As for where to purchase Patric Chocolate, the website is the best place for most people, as I am still only working with a small handful of retailers throughout the US. I like to have more personal relationships with the owners of the stores that sell my chocolate, so that does weed the chains that don't focus on person to person connections, which means far fewer people will have access to Patric Chocolate. It is a trade off that I am willing to make.

However, I see that you are in MA, so you might be close enough to visit Rubiner's Cheesemongers and Grocers in Great Barrington, MA. If not, then I'm shipping chocolate Monday-Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail using some pretty specialized hot-weather packaging, and the shipping is only $9.95, so you could go that route as well.

By all means let me know if you have any additional questions. You can contact me directly at Alan@Patric-Chocolate.com

Very best,

Alan

AlanI would kill to be there this evening. Having worked for two bean to bar manufacturers, (Corporate Sales and Marketing) and knowing the intricacies involved in the manufacture of signature chocolate, these two events would be heaven on earth. And, the Big Apple is one of my favorite cities to boot! I'm hooked after reading Gourmet's recent appraisal, and must now ask where I can purchase or sample some of these delectable creations. Good luck with your presentations this evening, and I look forward to your reply...........Mark
